Bakery, coffee deli opens in library
Artisans World Bakery and Coffee Deli announces it will open inside of the Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.
Dorothy Weigman and her husband, Richard Weigman, own the business. Dorothy Weigman has a business degree from the University of Phoenix, and Richard Weigman has a background in graphic arts and construction and enjoys to prepare international cuisine and bake.
The deli will offer European and Mediterranean dishes, sandwiches, salads, Omas bread, apple strudel, fruit tarts, cheesecake, Miners Meat Pies, brats, kolaczkis (Polish cookies) and pastries.
The business will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday to Friday. The business will also offer catering, custom baked good orders and wedding cakes.
